One of the few remaining independent cinemas in the area can be found in a residential district, fifteen minutes drive from the city centre. It's worth the trip, not just to support the enterprise or for the more personal service, but also to see a wide range of films that would not be showing on the multiplex cinemas. The surrounding area has a busy nightlife and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy before or after a film.
