been to rueters a few times now mostly sunday day time, meals have always been excellent and great value for the money, would recommend to anyone. also been to a wedding held there which was excellent this includeed sit down meal and evening buffet. excellent staff very helpful when having two young children in towand had a fussy eater with us who was catered for.

On entering the restaurant area I was immediately struck by the fact that we were not immediately greeted and taken to our seats. After a long wait we were finally greeted and taken to our table. The ambiance of the restaurant is lively enough but considering it was a Saturday night there were few people in the place more where packed in the adjacent bar.

The WORST meal i have ever had. After waiting for 40minutes for our drinks and starters we were treated to the worst service i have ever come across - the waiter leaning over food without any manners knocking me out of the way to collect half empty glasses. The food itself was disgraceful - the pasta was basic tinned tomatoes with penne thrown in the chicken chasseur reeked of lemon the lemon sole was pure blandness. Disgracefull avoid at all costs we had been going to this restaurant for 5 years they have changed the portions and the style of the cooking and the atmosphere was one of embarrasment for everyone eating there
